Hi, I'm Scott Payton, owner and principle photographer. I caught the photography bug around 2008, and I've since infected my wife Janet and my son Finn, although they do have day jobs.

My love of photography is inseparable from my love of music. In fact, I learned to use a DSLR by photographing musicians on-stage. My musician friends loved the photos and eventually asked me to take shots of them for promotional and advertising use. Finally getting to shoot outdoors and in the daylight set me on a whole new path of exploration and satisfaction, as I learned how to capture the emotion and beauty of special days and special people in a variety of settings. These days I spend my time photographing brides and grooms, families, seniors, models, artists and performers, and I love the challenge that each new opportunity brings.
